RSV Learning Centre

The RSV Learning Centre (Learning Centre) provides a centralised platform to support sector-wide learning and development outcomes for regional Victorian community sport sector staff. 

The Learning Centre will: 

  • Deliver high quality learning content to the regional Victorian sport sector. 
  • Build the learning and development [L&D] capability of the regional sector and our member RSAs. 
  • Support improved learning opportunities for people working and volunteering in community sport, so they are empowered and supported to deliver positive sport experiences. 

RSV will work with our members and supporters to provide a range of eLearning content to assist paid staff across their diverse roles and responsibilities.

Essential Course 

Who is this course for?

This course is designed for paid staff working across regional Victoria to assist with developing the fundamental skills and knowledge to support the implementation of the Fair Access Policy Roadmap.  

This may take the form of supporting LGAs with delivery, or supporting local clubs with actions at the grass roots level.

Estimated time to complete:

The course contains 4 modules and will take approximately 10-15mins per module.
