Ashleigh is a strategic and purpose-driven leader with experience across regional sport, health promotion, and community development. Having progressed her career at South West Sport - one of Regional Sport Victoria’s nine member bodies – Ashleigh now joins the team at Regional Sport Victoria, having previously served as both Acting Executive Officer at SWS and Interim Executive Officer at RSV and brings a deep understanding of regional systems and a strong commitment to strengthening collaboration, insight, and advocacy to support the growth and sustainability of members and the sport and recreation system across regional Victoria. With experience spanning strategy, operations, business development, program and project management, and people leadership, Ashleigh has a breadth of experience leading organisational change initiatives and supporting the development of the grassroots sector through innovative and inclusive capacity building initiatives. Guided by a strong belief in the power of sport to drive social change, equity, and community wellbeing, she is passionate about harnessing sport as a catalyst for rural and regional development - empowering clubs, organisations, and communities to thrive.
